Separate signal from noise
Dashboards are only useful when they change decisions. The best marketing analytics setup is not the one with the most charts; it is the one that helps a team decide what to do next.
Track a small set of metrics that connect directly to revenue movement: qualified traffic, conversion rate, pipeline quality, and customer acquisition cost. Everything else should support those decisions.
Make each meeting produce an action
If a metric is down, write the next experiment. If a channel is working, decide how to scale it responsibly. If a page is unclear, assign the copy or design improvement immediately.
Analytics should create momentum. The faster the team converts insight into action, the faster the marketing system improves.
